Experience the event of the year and take a look behind the scenes!

The World Cup circus brings the world's top downhill and cross country sports to Austria!

In the fight for the overall World Cup victory in downhill, a total of seven races will be held. The race in Leogang is the third of the season and always good for a surprise. Many a historic event has already taken place here. For example, no one will ever forget how the U.S. American Aaron Gwin won in Leogang in 2015 without a chain. Really incredible!

You like to meet cool people, have a hands-on mentality, want to be part of a major international event and contribute to a smooth running of the event? Then you have come to the right place. For the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, which will take place from 10 to 12 June 2022, we are still looking for motivated people who want to be part of our great team. For the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup we are still looking for support in the following areas:

Accreditation

Operating days: Tuesday, 07.06. – Sunday, 12.06.2022

The accreditation centre is the first point of contact for the teams, and some people from the UCI, ÖRV, Red Bull TV, etc. The tasks include the reception of the people. A system is used to search for the team name, check the data and issue the badge. Of course, in compliance with the current Covid-19 regulations.

 

Riders Confirmation

Days of operation:  Tuesday, 07.06. - Friday, 10.06.2022

The Riders Confirmation is the issuing point of the start numbers for the athletes. Duties include receiving riders and managers, assisting the UCI with license verification, collecting license fees, bib and lift ticket distribution, and goodie bags.

 

Anti Doping

Operating days: Saturday, 11.06. - Sunday, 12.06.2022

As an employee in the anti-doping department you are responsible for the smooth running of the anti-doping controls. You work closely with the UCI, are placed in the finish area of the Downhill World Cup and bring the selected riders to the controls. So you are in direct contact with the best downhill riders in the world.

 

Press

Operating days: to be announced

Assistance and support in the press area.

 

Track marshal DHI

Operating days: Thursday, 09.06. - Saturday, 11.06.2022

The marshalling area is an enormously important one, because without enough marshals there is no race. You are responsible for the safety on your track section, which is a very responsible task. You should be weatherproof, as your area of operation is exclusively outside.

 

Track marshal XCO

Operating days: Thursday, 09.06. - Sunday, 11.06.2022

The marshalling area is an enormously important one, because without enough marshals there is no race. You are responsible for the safety on your track section, which is a very responsible task. You should be weatherproof, as your area of operation is exclusively outside.

 

Service in the VIP area

Operating days: Friday, 10.06. - Sunday, 12.06.2022

The VIP area is located in the Red Bull Energy Station directly in the finish arena. Here the VIP guests can enjoy a great sun terrace with a direct view of the Downhill World Championship finish line.

 

Ticket controls

Operating days: Friday, 10.06. - Sunday, 12.06.2022

In this position you are responsible for ticket sales and for controlling the access bands.

 

TV Coordination

Operating days: to be announced

Support of live cameras in the start/finish area.

 

Timekeeping

Operating days: Thursday, 09.06. - Sunday, 12.06.2022

Support of the timing team at the start, finish and intermediate times. In this area you have the best place to watch the riders up close.
